Public Consultation: Ballinasloe Town Centre First Plan

Galway County Council, supported by funding from the Northern and Western Regional Assembly's THRIVE programme, is launching a non-statutory public consultation on the new Ballinasloe Town Centre First Plan. This initiative aims to revitalise Ballinasloe's town centre as a vibrant hub for community life, economic activity, and social interaction.
Key elements of the plan include:
Town centre regeneration and enhancement
Development of community-focused spaces
Integration of business, service, and cultural hubs
The Town Centre First approach is being developed through collaboration with the Town Team - a diverse group of local stakeholders working alongside the Town Regeneration Officer and Regeneration Team to identify and prioritise improvement projects for Ballinasloe.
