Kilkenny County Council announces the proposed Variation No. 4 to the Kilkenny City and County Development Plan 2021-2027, pursuant to Section 13 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended).
Key Proposed Variations:
Variation 4A:
Incorporation of essential elements from the Loughmacask Masterplan
Provides statutory basis for masterplan implementation
Variation 4B:
Amendment to Section 10.1.7 regarding private waste water treatment systems
Allows systems where ongoing management and maintenance can be maintained
Must comply with EPA standards
Subject to Waste Water Discharge Licence/Certificate of Authorisation from Kilkenny County Council
